The "ESEEK-Steady" tracker is a newly designed tracking system basing on the concept of "safer docking in high winds, more convenient installation & maintenance, and more stable technical processes," to meet customers' demands for efficient power generation throughout the entire life cycle. A single row can contain up to 4 strings and 140 meters maximum length. It adopts the high-speed slew gear rotary reducer for driving, featuring dual protection with all posts self-locking and axisymmetric damping, which enable the system rapid protection and higher system safety.
1. All posts self-locking function, ensuring the system more stable and higher critical wind speed.
2. The diamond-shaped torque tube combines excellent torsional resistance of a circular cross-section and the bending resistance of a square cross-section, making the structure more reliable and safety.
3. Adopting the square-shaped purlins, realizing stronger load-bearing capacity and double the efficiency of component installation.
4. Bearing seat is made of one-piece of casting and has a flip-top design, which makes installation and maintenance more convenient.
5. Torque tube connection adopts shrinkage process, which makes the joints stronger and the installation efficiency higher.
6. The carriage bolts, in combination with the guide anti-shear washers, not only enhance the joint strength but also realize the unidirectional installation of bolts, greatly improving the construction efficiency.
7. Driven by the high-speed rotary reducer, featuring rapid protection reset and higher reliability.
8. Adopting cell phone App debugging, avaliable for Android and IOS, realizing rapid array debugging.
