The #LanternFestival falls on the 15th day of the first Chinese lunar calendar. It is always the first full moon night in the lunar New Year. Traditionally, the #LanternFestival is a part of the Chinese Spring Festival.
Across China, people celebrate by various kinds of activities, such as hanging up lanterns and festoons, lighting fireworks, lion dance, guessing lantern riddles, and making “Yuan Xiao”, which is also called "Tangyuan", the special dish for Lantern Festival.
The white color and round shape of Tangyuan is like the round moon on the night of #LanternFestival, and symbolizes the reunion and perfection of each family.
Wish everybody have peace, joy and happiness all through the year!
